As with most women, I wear many hats in my life.  Wife, mother, grand-mother, great-grandmother, inspector, photographer, and business owner, to name a few.  I can now throw the title of collector into the mix with this exciting visual depiction of this beautifully unique area of my home state of Michigan.  I am enthusiastic that I was able to get this pet project off the ground and look forward to where I can possibly take it. This project started in 2016 with an idea…

Columbiaville Red I

The original idea was to create a collection of portraits from the thumb area of Michigan; with the focus of this venture being centered around the barns of this area.  Growing up in the city, I have always held a fascination with architecture, especially old architecture.  These mammoth structures carry a history that allows the mind to wonder back to a place in time before technology and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the modern world took over.

It is a journey I was meant to go on.  There is no destination.  There is no time limit

Join the journey today and relive the memories of yesteryears through this beautiful collection from the Thumb!
